We stand behind every system we build. KryoShift PCs are built for performance, but also to last. Our warranty gives you peace of mind from day one.

Warranty Coverage

The following warranty applies to KryoShift PCs:

• 3 Years Labour Cover: We’ll diagnose and repair covered hardware issues at no labour cost to you for 3 years.
• 1 Year Parts Cover: During the first year, covered parts and labour are included. After the first year, replacement parts may incur a cost, but covered labour remains free for the remainder of the 3-year warranty period.
• Free Collection & Return - Year 1: If your KryoShift PC develops a covered fault during the first year, we’ll arrange collection, repair and return at no additional cost.

Accessories & Peripherals

Accessories and peripherals sold separately are not covered by the KryoShift PC 3-year warranty.

These products are covered by the applicable manufacturer’s warranty, which varies depending on the product and manufacturer. If you experience a fault with an accessory or peripheral purchased from KryoShift, please contact our support team and we’ll advise you on the appropriate warranty process.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Exclusions

Our KryoShift PC warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, tampering or neglect.
• Normal wear and tear or damage caused by excessive dust or dirt.
• Software-related faults, viruses or malware.
• Loss of data, programs or files. Customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups.
• Consumable items, including batteries.
• Compatibility issues caused by third-party software or hardware.
• Unauthorised modifications or overclocking beyond KryoShift specifications.

KryoShift is not responsible for recovering or restoring customer data, programs or files.

Business Customers (B2B)
