We stand behind every system we build. KryoShift PCs are built for performance, but also to last. Our warranty gives you peace of mind from day one.
Warranty Coverage
• 3 Years Labour Cover: We’ll diagnose and repair hardware issues at no labour cost to you for 3 years.
• 1 Year Parts Cover: In the first year, we cover both parts and labour. After that, any required parts may incur a cost — but labour remains free.
• Free Collection & Return (Year 1): If a fault occurs in the first year, we’ll collect your system, repair it, and return it at no cost.
Exclusions
Our warranty does not cover:
• Damage from misuse, accidents, tampering, or neglect.
• Normal wear and tear, dust/dirt-related damage.
• Software-related faults, viruses, or malware.
• Loss of data, programs, or files — customers are responsible for backups.
• Consumables like batteries, peripherals, or accessories.
• Compatibility issues with third-party software or hardware.
• Any unauthorised modifications or overclocking beyond KryoShift specifications.
KryoShift is not responsible for recovering or restoring customer data, programs, or files.
Business Customers (B2B)
• Warranty still applies, but consumer cancellation rights do not extend to business orders (see Terms of Sale).
