KryoShift Returns Policy

 

1. Changed Your Mind?
    •    Prebuilt PCs: Return within 14 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, and “as new.”
    •    Custom PCs: Non-refundable once production begins (production starts when you receive a payment confirmation email).
    •    Cancellations before production begins: Full refund.
    •    Software & licences: Non-returnable once opened, unsealed, or activated.

2. Conditions of Return
    •    Products must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation.
    •    Products must be in new, unused, resaleable condition and in their original packaging (except the outer shipping box).
    •    We may deduct amounts from your refund where handling has diminished the product’s value.

3. Return Costs & Risk
    •    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless goods are faulty or misdescribed).
    •    Goods are returned at the customer’s risk until received by KryoShift.
    •    We provide services only within mainland UK. Customers outside the UK must cover return costs.

4. Refunds
    •    Standard delivery costs will be refunded.
    •    Expedited/priority delivery and priority build charges are non-refundable.
    •    Refunds will be processed once goods are inspected and confirmed eligible.

5. Business Customers (B2B)
    •    Business orders are excluded from 14-day cancellation rights.
    •    Warranty obligations still apply (see Warranty page).

6. Warranty Exclusions (link to Warranty page for detail)
    •    Normal wear and tear.
    •    Customer data loss (you are responsible for backups).
    •    Viruses/malware.
    •    Accidental damage, misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modifications.
    •    KryoShift is not responsible for recovering or restoring customer data, programs, or files.

This Returns Policy should be read alongside our Terms of Sale, which take precedence in the event of any inconsistency
