1. Orders
How do I order?
Browse our systems or use the configurator to build your dream PC. Add to cart and checkout securely.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes—if you haven’t received your Payment Confirmation. After that, your system may already be in production. Please contact us urgently.
2. Shipping
How fast is delivery?
Prebuilt PCs usually ship within 5 working days. Custom builds can take 7-10 working days depending on parts and testing.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship to mainland UK.
3. Payment
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and direct bank transfers.
Is my payment secure?
Yes—our checkout uses SSL encryption and secure gateways.
4. Returns & Warranty
What if something goes wrong?
We offer a 3-year warranty with UK-based support. Full details are on our Returns and Warranty pages.
• Prebuilt PCs: Return within 14 days if unused, in original packaging, and “as new.”
• Custom PCs: Non-returnable once production begins unless faulty.
• Warranty: 3-year warranty with UK-based support. See Returns & Warranty pages for details.
