Orders

How do I place an order?
Browse our systems or use the configurator to build your PC. Once ready, add it to your cart and checkout securely.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if you have not yet received payment confirmation. After confirmation, your system may already be in production, so please contact us immediately.

Shipping

How long does delivery take?
Prebuilt PCs typically ship within 5 working days. Custom builds usually ship within 7–10 working days depending on parts availability and testing.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship within mainland United Kingdom.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and direct bank transfer.

Is checkout secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through encrypted SSL-secured gateways.

Returns & Warranty

What happens if something goes wrong?
All systems include a 3-year warranty with UK-based support. Full terms are available on our Returns & Warranty pages.

  • Prebuilt PCs: Return within 14 days if unused and in original condition.
  • Custom PCs: Cannot be returned once production begins unless faulty.
  • Warranty: 3-year coverage with UK-based technical support.
