Prebuilt dispatch times depend on availability and our current production schedule. Custom builds are assembled and tested to your chosen specification once your order and payment have been confirmed.
During particularly busy periods, lead times may be longer. We'll let you know if we expect a significant delay to your order.
If you need your custom PC sooner, a Priority Build service may be available on selected orders.
Cancellation rights for custom-built and personalised systems may differ from standard products. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.
2. Delivery
Once your PC is ready for dispatch, you'll receive confirmation together with tracking information where available.
Delivery charges and available services are shown at checkout.
Accessories and peripherals are available for next working day delivery when ordered before 2pm, where in stock and subject to payment confirmation.
Where offered, Priority Build or expedited services may be subject to additional charges, which will be shown before you place your order.
3. Where We Deliver
Our standard delivery service covers UK mainland addresses.
Some locations, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Scottish offshore locations and the Isle of Man, may require different delivery arrangements or charges.
Please contact us before ordering if you're unsure whether we can deliver to your address.
4. Receiving Your Order
Please make sure someone is available to receive your delivery where required.
If a delivery cannot be completed, the courier may rearrange delivery or additional charges may apply in certain circumstances.
Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you, or to a person you have nominated to receive them.
5. Delays
Occasionally, circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, courier disruption or industrial action, may affect delivery. If this happens, we'll do our best to keep you informed and get your order to you as soon as possible.
