Delivery Information

We aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Custom PC Build Lead Times
    •    Custom-built PCs are assembled to your chosen specification once payment has been confirmed.
    •    Typical build and testing time is 7 working days.
    •    Lead times may vary during busy periods; we’ll notify you if delays are expected.
    •    Production begins when you receive your payment confirmation email. Once production has started, your order cannot be cancelled (see our Returns Policy).

2. Delivery Options
    •    Standard Delivery: Usually 7 working days after your PC has been built and tested. Charges are shown at checkout.
    •    Next-Day Delivery (Prebuilt PCs only): Available on orders placed before the cut-off time, subject to stock availability and payment confirmation. Applies to the next working day (excludes Sundays and bank holidays).
    •    Priority Build/Expedited Services: Where offered, these services move your order to the front of our production queue. Charges are non-refundable.

3. Delivery Restrictions
    •    Delivery is available to UK mainland addresses only.
    •    UK mainland excludes Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Scottish Offshore, and the Isle of Man.
    •    For non-mainland deliveries, please contact us before ordering.

4. Risk & Responsibility
    •    Risk in the goods passes to you once they are delivered.
    •    KryoShift is not liable for delays outside our control (couriers, traffic, weather, strikes).
    •    It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive delivery. Failed deliveries may incur additional charges.

5. Delivery Charges
    •    Standard delivery charges are refundable.
    •    Expedited/priority delivery and priority build charges are non-refundable.
